Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Breaking Ground P&L website and the purchase of our digital products. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

Products and Delivery

All products are digital downloads delivered electronically. Standard and R99 products are released automatically upon payment confirmation. The Branded Pack is delivered once we have received your branding assets.

Digital Downloads and Refunds

Our HR packs and tools are delivered digitally and are available to download immediately after payment. By completing your purchase, you ask us to supply the download immediately and you acknowledge that, once the files have been downloaded, they cannot be returned. Refunds are therefore not offered once a download has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact support@breakingground-pl.co.za within 48 hours of purchase.

Subscriptions

  1. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance from the date of your first payment, and renew each month until cancelled.
  2. Access depends on payment. If a renewal payment is not received on the due date, your access is suspended automatically from that date. If you pay later, your access is restored.
  3. You may cancel at any time by stopping your recurring payment or by emailing sales@breakingground-pl.co.za. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for.
  4. Because you keep full access until the end of the paid month, we do not refund part-months.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under South African law.

Intellectual Property

All documents and content are the intellectual property of Breaking Ground P&L. You are granted a licence to use the documents for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the documents with third parties.

Breaking Ground P&L provides HR documentation and general compliance guidance. Our products do not constitute legal advice. For matters requiring legal representation or CCMA hearing chairperson services, please engage an independently qualified practitioner.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
